Responsibilities:

Content and knowledge management

  • Maintenance of large volumes of data and content generated by Mordor Intelligence, working collaboratively with Mordor teams undertaking content collection, restructuring, indexing, search and retrieval processes, quality checks and acting as custodian of the knowledge assets
  • Collaborate across multiple workstreams or teams; consistently demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work

Knowledge product development

  • Contribute to data intensive knowledge products by understanding the framework around data structure, quality and use cases
  • Creating product and industry taxonomies/ hierarchies to consistently structure the data generated in-house

Content development

  • Performing secondary/desk research in internal as well as external sources to help develop content for marketing material, internal communication campaigns, internal reports and client proposals

Skills:

  • A thorough understanding of market research industry
  • Comfortable with power point and structuring/manipulating large data sets on excel
  • Exposure to multiple industries/domains is a plus
  • Strong command over language especially in business communication context
  • Secondary / desk research, content editing, proofreading and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team
  • Creative thinking, ability to promote new ideas and convince stakeholders
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and constantly reprioritize in a high-pressure role which is evolving
  • Eye for detail – most important
